FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

All-inclusive: breakfast buffet, lunch, supper at the main restaurant "La Geria".  Snacks in the swimming pool. In addition, it also includes once a week a dinner at the gourmet restaurant (with reservation).

FITNESS-ORIENTED DIET

VIGOROUS AND HIGH-ENERGY DIET

This diet is aimed at athletic people. It includes high-energy products like pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and, to a greater extent, addresses protein intake and food with high levels of minerals such as the Canarian banana.

Volumetric Diet

LOW-FAT INTAKE

1,300 calories

High intake of water and fiber. It is recommended to consume food with a high water-content (such as cucumber, watermelon, tomato, etc.) or with a medium water-content (carrots, potatoes, apples, etc.). In small quantities, it is also recommended to have proteins.

Vegetarian Food

FRESH AND LIGHT

1,000 calories

We do include fish, dairy products and eggs, but in smaller quantities than other products such as: aloe vera smoothies, vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes and dried fruits and nuts.

Mediterranean Diet

Promoted by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, it includes cereals, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, legumes and olive oil. This diet is globally-appreciated for its cultural heritage, representing much more than just a healthy and delicious eating habit.

Low-Carb Diet

HEALTHY AND TASTY

1,500 calories

An effective diet for weight-loss; low in carbohydrate according to the principles of the LOGI-Method. The main products in this diet are vegetables, legumes, fruits, meat, fish and dairy products.
