Check in is at 15.00 hours and check out at 12:00 hours.

At our HD Acuario Lifestyle hotel, check in is at 14:30 and check out is at 11:00.

Yes, our different gastronomic points offer special meals adapted to the dietary peculiarities of each client, so we recommend that you notify reception.

Can I book the hotel by phone?

If you prefer to make your booking by phone, you can do so by calling our Customer Service Centre on 900 102 171 and one of our advisors will be happy to assist you. Once you have made your booking, they will email you with your payment confirmation and voucher.

Can I cancel or modify a reservation?

It is not necessary to make a parking reservation, as we have a public car park in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Breakfast and dinner service is served at Paparazzi Las Canteras Restaurant, located a 5-minute walk from the HD Acuario Lifestyle Hotel.

Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.

Dinner is served from 19:00 to 23:00.
