How do I become a member of WeConnect?

All you have to do is fill in the form above with the requested data, and you will receive an email with a username and password to access the WeConnect section and enjoy all the advantages and exclusive benefits.

What details do I need to log in as a member of WeConnect?

In the "user" field you will have to enter the email address you used to register and the "password" is the one you received by email when you filled in the registration form. If you don't remember it, you can click on "Forgot your password?" and an email will be sent to you with the new details. Once you have logged in, you can change it in the WeConnect section, in the My details section.

How can I change my registration or contact details?

Very easy, you just have to enter the WeConnect section in the section of My data and following the form you can update the data you need to modify.

What advantages do I have as a WeConnect member?

Being part of the WeConnect will guarantee you the best online rates in our 4 hotels. You will benefit from special discounts and exclusive offers for members, and you will have preference for the execution and management of your reservations, as well as a series of exclusive privileges upon your arrival at the hotel and during your stays with us. Our Club evolves with you, so the more times you stay with us the more you'll see your membership status upgraded to WeConnect Silver and Gold. Discover the advantages of upgrading. How do I get all these advantages in my booking and stay?

The exclusive discount as a WeConnect member is automatic when you make your reservation through our website by login in with your data. The other extras to enjoy during your stay can be selected free of charge during the booking confirmation process by clicking and selecting them in the "Extras" section. You will see them included in your confirmation and, of course, you can contact us in the call center (phone +34 900 102 171).

How do I identify myself as a WeConnect member?

You will have a username and a password to access this section as a WeConnect member. 

How can I find out if the WeConnect discount has been applied to my price search or booking?

Once you have entered the WeConnect section, you are already identified as a member for future searches and the best available rates, including the exclusive discount for Club members, applies. You can check that you are in the private area of the WeConnect if at the top of the website you see "Welcome" followed by your name. In addition, when you make an availability search in your confirmed reservations, a "WeConnect", "WeConnect Silver" or "WeConnect Gold" rate will appear, depending on your current status in the Club.

What are the differences between the different WeConnect categories?

If you have stayed with us several times you will be promoted to the Silver and Gold categories, accumulating exclusive advantages. In the following link you can see all the benefits included in your reservation and stay according to your status in the WeConnect.

How do I promote from one category to another?

The change of category to Silver or Gold is automatic and is based on the number of stays you have enjoyed with us as well as the total amount. You will receive an email when you are promoted from one category to another to notify you of the promotion benefits.

How do I know if I am WeConnect Bronze, WeConnect Silver or WeConnect Gold?
