Through this Privacy Policy (or Data Protection Policy), the owner of this site informs the USERS of the website about the uses to which the personal data collected are subjected, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the requested information.
YUDAYA S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to legislative developments, jurisprudential criteria, industry practices, or the interests of the entity. Any modification will be announced in advance, so that you have full knowledge of its content.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The purposes of the collection and processing of personal data, through the different forms owned by the data controller made available to Users, are as follows, depending on the specific case:

Manage enrollment in the free loyalty program of the HD Hotels chain WeConnect, as well as administer the user’s point accrual and redemption within it.

Reservation management: to manage reservations made through the “HD HOTELS” program website at any of our hotels.

Take into account the information and preferences indicated by you in your “WeConnect Bronze, Silver and Gold” profile, as well as the products and services contracted and enjoyed by you, to offer products and services that may be of interest to you, based on statistical data prepared by us.

Manage your contact requests through the channels and/or forms provided for that purpose.

Information and, if applicable, registration in sweepstakes organized or participated in by the data controller.

Obtain customer feedback through satisfaction and quality surveys.

Send communications related to your account, including, among others, point balance, card category or level, notifications, and any other element keeping the holder informed about the status of their account.

Send commercial communications by any means (including electronic) to inform you about news, events, and about our products or services that may be of interest to you, unless you object to such processing.

Manage job applications by collecting résumés, in order to contact the applicant and carry out a recruitment process.
SUBMISSION OF RÉSUMÉS
YUDAYA S.L. also processes your personal data when you send us your résumé. The lawful basis, in accordance with Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR, is that it is necessary for the conclusion of the employment contract or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
The free, specific, informed, and unequivocal consent to send us the résumé also allows us to share your data with other HD HOTELS companies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
We will keep your data for 1 year, unless you revoke your consent, which you may do at any time.
We will not share your data with third parties, unless you consent to it or when there is a legal obligation.
RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or for as long as required by a judge or court.
Data based on consent will be kept as long as you do not revoke your consent or oppose the processing.
Additionally, in order to improve your experience in future stays at our hotels, we will keep data related to your visit history for a period of seven years, unless you inform us otherwise, in which case they will be kept for the legally established periods or as long as required by a judge or court.
DATA BLOCKING
In accordance with Article 32 of Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the data controllers will block the data when rectification or deletion applies.
Data blocking consists of identifying and reserving the data, adopting technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing, except for making the data available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or competent Public Administrations, particularly data protection authorities, for the enforcement of possible liabilities derived from processing and only for the limitation period thereof.

DATA SOURCE
Personal data come from the registration made by the User in the “WeConnect” program, from the reservation made by the data subject, or from the forms filled out by them and made available by the data controller.
DATA ACCURACY
In order for the data in our files to always correspond to reality, efforts will be made to keep them up to date. For this purpose, the User must make the changes directly, when enabled to do so, or communicate them, by reliable means, to the relevant area or department of the data controller.
RECIPIENTS
The personal data you provide to the data controller may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:

Third parties to whom the Company is obliged to transmit information, such as public authorities, in order to comply with their requirements and applicable regulations.

The companies owning the hotels in order to process reservations therein. The lawful basis in this case is the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
YUDAYA S.L. does not trade, sell, or engage in any similar activity with your personal data. It only processes your personal data for the stated purposes and for the use of the data controller.
The data controller has service providers with access to personal data (data processors). Among these service providers, there may be companies located outside the European Economic Area, which may result in international data transfers, in any case complying with the appropriate safeguards in accordance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR. For international transfers to Yudaya S.L. providers located in the U.S., the safeguard provided is the standard contractual clauses for data protection adopted by the European Commission.

The data subject may exercise the rights granted under the GDPR, which are:
