HEALTHY AND TASTY

An effective diet for weight-loss; low in carbohydrate according to the principles of the LOGI-Method. The main products in this diet are vegetables, legumes, fruits, meat, fish and dairy products.
DIGESTIVE AND NUTRITIOUS
1,300 calories
This method recommends not mixing certain food groups since they can turn into fat. It consists of carbohydrates for breakfast, some fruits mid-morning, Mediterranean diet for lunch, liquid-based products for an afternoon snack and a light dinner.
